Conditions of Sale, Refunds, & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Conditions of Sale

Our products and website are intended to be used and accessed by persons who are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol. You must be 21 years old or older (“Legal Age”) to use this site. If you are not of Legal Age, please exit the site immediately. By continuing, you affirm that you are of Legal Age.


Cider may only be sold and delivered to individuals twenty-one years or older in California. There must be an adult of Legal Age present to sign for all shipments. Each purchaser represents that: (1) he/she is at least of Legal Age; and (2) the person to whom any cider will be delivered is also of Legal Age. At the time of delivery, any domestic U.S. shipment containing an alcohol beverage product will require the signature of an adult possessing identification proving he or she is at least of Legal Age. Further U.S. law requires that no delivery shall be made to a visibly intoxicated person.


Pre-sale purchases are also a promise of first receivership of product not a direct purchase of alcohol. All “pre-sale” purchases are subject to final product availability and will be disseminated on a first purchased first shipped basis. There are no refunds or returns of pre-sale purchases. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 business days.


All refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 


 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at casadeorocider@gmail.com and we can discuss your options.

 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product email us directly at casadeorocider@gmail.com so we can coordinate with you where to ship your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
