This cider is a personal passion project of our Sidrero. Encompassing so many different elements of Mexican culture in an innovative way.

we wood-age both these elements along with our fresh pressed cider with AƱejo mezcal barrel chips. Mezcal is a protected designation of origin product exclusive to specific regions within Mexico. 



This cider has so many fun aspects going on, it’s impossible not to fall in love with it & Mexican culture.
